Introduction to the Author
In 2001 after the attacks in New York and the Pentagon, the Soviet empire was mocked in Afghanistan, China had sovereign territories with the U.S. military next to them, maps on American media displayed Tibet and Xinjiang as territories separated from them, India's democratically elected leaders were inside the Parliament building in New Delhi susceptible to terrorism, an attack which occurred on December 13, 2001, but not in the year 2000, when neither Russia nor China would attack an unrivaled US.
In 2003, an oil-rich Iraq was blamed for the 2001 attacks, and after opposition, the so-called honest story changed from narcissistic WTC to WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) that Iraq "possessed", the Pentagon, which was attacked in 2001, not by Russia, China or India, well, oil-rich Iraq, with their so-called WMDs, was conquered in two months.
In January 2004, an unpublished author, Ankur Vyas, wrote a fictional book in New Delhi, called All Bits Are Set, finished at D-6 Lovely Apartments in New Delhi, India, about how an attack in 2001 in the USA was used as an excuse to attack oil-rich nations, the first Iraq conquered in 2003, and the second Iran, about to be, in 2004.
By the way for historical reference on September 11, 2001 there are 111 days left in the year and the Iran-US hostage crisis in 1980 had taken 444 days to resolve for an Iran that wanted their independence and apparently unresolved in the minds of the especially bitter.
Also, the CIA or someone must have told the Pentagon to change the name of its fighter jets to Aerial Vehicles, AV in 2004 and to not attack a $30,000,000,000,000 dollar oil-rich Iran. True from 2004 - today. Probably even decades more now that Russia and China will militarily protect Iran in order to preserve their own territorial sovereignty and not lose land.

Chapter 1 India's True Strength
Just like college, there are pre-requisites the Indian mind is required to have:
-You have to eliminate the feeling you get when you read my writing, not knowing, then thinking you knew all along.
-You are not an expert and you need to acknowledge you do not yet have the knowledge. Most Chinese have the knowledge but need to develop to the level of an expert, which is only gained through years of trials and tribulations.
-You have to first become independent in thought. Don’t rely on others to put thoughts in your mind.
Since there will be thousands of Indians that will ask the question, “Who are you?”, I will answer the question.
I will first talk about independent Indian technology, who are you?

In 2019, I returned to America. In 2022, I wrote the IT book. I wrote the book in 20 days, though if I was at 50%, I could have finished it in 2 days. Wrote about independent Indian technology, computer chips, and operating systems. Independent chips are worth more than a trillion dollars. Given India's size, more than that. For perspective.
The outcome?
In 2023, a 50-year old company, Micron, invested Rs. 19,000 crore or $2,750,000,000 in Sanand, Gujarat in guess what? Semiconductors used to make independent tech. They didn't think to invest before 2022.
India needs to invest in building / creating an independent OS and electronic devices for varying uses. Side: In terms of counter-espionage, who are you?
AV: It is so easy to encode number balances in SMS in developing countries to financially undermine that country. Reason for independent electronic Indian technology, independent electronic devices and independent lie detector tests.
In terms of Akhand Bharat, who are you?
AV: I am the one who will say if Pakistanis believe an eye for an eye, revenge for a soldier for soldier, that’s fine by me. One Indian dead for a Pakistani. One Pakistani dead for an Indian. For charity, India will make the little sacrifice first. Just a reminder to the Pakistanis, India’s population is 1,400,000,000 while Pakistan’s population is 340,000,000. Now one Indian will die and then we will kill one Pakistani. For Pakistanis, I think they can do fourth-grade math as to how Pakistan will end. That’s who I am. To mediocre Indians and Pakistanis, you have no idea the full power of the CIA. Have you seen the Bollywood movie where the Punjabi guy (Ayushmann Khurrana) sleeps with a woman gym instructor (Kriti Sanon) and he finds out that she was previously a male? Can you even think why that movie was made?
It is likely because the CIA recruited at least 1 crore (10 million) Indians and Pakistanis in India and Pakistan, including on both sides of the Punjab, and since there are so many males and not enough females in both countries, they conned, literally brainwashed, their own male recruits to get their d-ck- cut off and become females.
The real CIA is gloves-off with the subcontinent. You intellectually-retarded-to-the-CIA have not a clue how they work and people like AV has to explain simple shit to you. And then they paid the Indian director to make the movie to validate, including dance and song.

To Indian policy-makers, the Chinese are practical in their actions. They don’t talk. They deliberate. The word means careful decision making. That’s why I respect the Chinese.
The psychological reason why the Chinese respect power is because it has ramifications on action. An example of Chinese psychology: BRICS means Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa. The Chinese decided to name their initiative in Central Asia the BRI, the Belt and Road Initiative. Now look at BRICS and look at BRI and determine for yourself if most Chinese think whether most Indians have initiative - as the pre-All Bits Are Set movie goes, "I'm sorry you can't do this. I really am. Because I wouldn't have to fuckin' sit here and watch you fumble around and fuck it up." And as the post-Operation Stop Thief book, in the movie goes, Pamela Landy of Langley says in "The Bourne Supremacy", "What if I can't find her?" and the could-be assassin goes, "It's easy. She's standing right next to you." If you didn't read All Bits Are Set and Operation Stop Thief, my not-published books from 2004, it is likely you're not in the government circles that needed to know.
Chinese psychology: It’s difficult for foreigners because they like everything so easy, push a button, done, order fast food drive-thru, done, no, slowly-cooked duck take time, education take time, training take time, understand culture take time. That’s why they respect people that understand them - you see - take time.

I will tell you a true story about the Chinese, white people and me. I was at Atlantic City at a restaurant with a white individual, his initials BM. So he's talking and talking and I am not sure but I think there were Chinese spies listening intently, genuinely worried. I wasn't worried. I allowed this person BM to talk and talk and I didn't say a word. Smiled occasionally. No answer.
Then he got so flustered that he bowed his head slightly, realizing none of his babbling tricks were working. After he bowed, I gave a smirk and spoke a little bit. Because he was asking about why I feel safe in America and neither he, nor the Chinese, knew all of the following story:
I was listening to the song Khallas at New Delhi, India, after finishing my writing All Bits Are Set. The song is from the Bollywood movie Company, about Mumbai gangsters. I was dancing to it at my D-6 Lovely Apartments flat and getting into the groove of it. The lyrics, translated, are, "Keep yourself safe, wherever you hide, I will find you." And the image of an individual, good, well-intentioned, good-hearted, though maybe not the best world outcomes of this politician, his image popped in my mind. I guess the real Lord Christ/Krishna/Allah didn't need to show me more images of the other delusional whites. I suddenly stopped dancing. Smiled.
Since then there has been a lot of talk and dishonorable action. For "revenge". If you think independently you realize anyone can say anything about anybody, but here's the "gimmick" in the minds of the wanna-be superior in intelligence and to me a basic fact:
The CIA can test my claim. Anytime. Anywhere.
I've even said so since I returned to America in 2019. Even the higher than CIA can test my claim. Anytime. Anywhere.
Also, if you break the word 'khallas' (English: you're finished) it is allah and the initials sk or ks, which could mean Kansas, I guess the central part of the US. So it is possible that Kansas's people think of themselves as Allah or Muslims' God.
Possible proof: The internet was created by America. When you're sending information, let's say, on an online form, you're actually not submitting that information. You're sending it. Have you ever asked yourself why is the button labeled 'Submit'? Did you know that 'Islam' in Arabic means 'Submission to God'?

US-Taiwan-China War Avoidable
Five years or so ago, I wrote China will look to take over Taiwan, sooner rather than later, to enable rebuilding in time for the 100 year anniversary of the People’s Republic of China (PRC). What does that actually mean? For one thing, they will look to minimize cost on their side and minimize punishment on the Taiwan side. Minimizing infrastructure punishment so that rebuilding costs less. Rebuilding also means psychological, which means if they inflict maximum punishment on their own people (Taiwan), it will take years for them to rebuild a national spirit because of the resentment the punishment creates. Minimizing resentment is very important to the Chinese government. Minimizing cost is also important. For them, it is a straightforward military op. Quick. High-intensity. Don’t waste time. Don’t give time.
Later on, I will make the case for peaceful reunification.
I think the Chinese military will hit high-value communication, infrastructure, military, road, water supply, electricity supply and other targets picked off to disable a forceful and expensive retaliation. A Taiwan fighter enraged will lead the Chinese to use heavy force. I think they will do it through multiple mechanisms: drones, air missiles, human spies in Taiwan. I think they will launch drones and missiles against these high-value targets and at the same time will have human spies on the ground, with a second wave not too far off. The human spies will confirm the destruction of the high-value targets and if the drones and missiles aren’t successful, the human spies will physically attack the high-value target location. The second wave of drones will be launched not too long after the first wave but in a different direction. If the human spies confirm destruction of the high-value targets, the drones will keep course on their second-level high-value targets. If the human spies cannot confirm the destruction of the first-level high-value targets and if they themselves aren’t successful in reporting back to Beijing, then the second-wave drones will change course and intend upon the first-level high-value targets. If the human spies are unsuccessful, there will be a second-wave of human spies nearby.
The US strategy:
The Chinese have tested the system to see if their human spies are being followed and if the US side knows about them. Last-minute Chinese spies will likely be flown into Taiwan for secondary support. The US strategy is to know who the spies are, their location, their goals, but to not awaken the Chinese alarms so the Chinese use the human spies in time of war. This can get very disastrous very quickly.
Background
In 1949 the KMT - no it doesn't stand for Kansas Mid-west Titties - Kuo Ming Tang was the Nationalist Party of China. The Communist Party of China defeated them on the mainland and when they could not acknowledge or accept their defeat they fled to the island westerners are brainwashed to know as "Taiwan" formally Republic of China. The People's Republic of China, the China westerners think of, wanted reunification since 1949 if it wasn't for western meddling and interfering.
Disaster all around:
In 2002, American TV put maps of China with Tibet and Xinjiang as territories that were separate from the rest of China. If there are remote CT cameras, a principle the Chinese must never underestimate is to know what the other person is planning. If the US is following political leaders in China with remote CT cameras picking up on the brain-waves of each leader, there are ways to counter-measure and counter-counter-measure. What are the options for neurosignal technology? On the skin/ceiling/remote scanners. If it is on the skin, then liquids can be only limited in usefulness because the nanotech can just reattach itself to the skin on top of the brain. For the ceiling/remote scanners it means there is a unique wavelength frequency for each individual. But like a road, the wavelength frequency travels along a path. Block the path. Block the scan.
Now if things get materially expensive for the two largest military and wealth economies in the world, guess what is going to happen to the people?
I think there should be a peaceful reunification of Taiwan with the PRC.
In an article by Yuanyue Dang, "‘Saturation attacks’: drone swarms key for wartime victory, Chinese military outlet says", he writes on December 23, 2025:
The authors said that in future warfare, it would be imperative to “flexibly deploy low-cost unmanned systems to continuously deplete the opponent’s high-value combat assets”, thereby “achieving optimal combat effectiveness with minimal battlefield expenditure”.
This is something along the lines of what I wrote years ago: "Minimizing resentment is very important to the Chinese government. Minimizing cost is also important. For them, it is a straightforward military op. Quick. High-intensity. Don’t waste time. Don’t give time."

Independent Indian Tech Printed Book
I have a gift. I have a great responsibility. I have the real world experience of outplaying and outmaneuvering the Central Intelligence Agency. Even with the thought-reading eBook above, I didn't think of the thought of wasting money stolen by "special agents" until 15 years after the fact. The corrupt government officials in the Indian government, due to the specialists who got their butt whopped in front of the Russian and Chinese parts of the world, they are loudly opposed to me going public. One of the things of mind-reading technology is if the CIA has to listen to 1,000 tech developers or 10,000 tech developers or one million or ten million or a hundred million, what is the most difficult to listen to the thoughts of? Add to it the right amount of highly-sophisticated deception. Technological prowess and psychological warfare skills which 100,000,000 tech developers need but do not have the knowledge that I do.
So obviously when developing independent technology, then my second version has to be public and I have to be as well. It is so difficult to follow and undermine one hundred million developers of independent tech when all of them have read me and know what they are doing.
See I don't give a damn when the CIA was outplayed and outmaneuvered in the past. In the hearts of the bitter, they give a damn. I don't. I don't give a damn when the child molesting whores will die their dishonorable death and the death of their white lie life or their whiteys that control them. What I cared about in the past and what I care about with respect to India in 2026 is independent Indian tech.
